Sarah Lauderdale is an emerging elite triathlete who has quickly established herself through a strong collegiate career and her transition onto the international racing scene. A dedicated athlete from a young age, Sarah has spent over a decade developing her skills across all three disciplines of triathlon, building a well-rounded and competitive racing profile.
She competed at the NCAA Division I level as a member of the East Tennessee State University (ETSU) Women’s Triathlon team, where she was a consistent top performer and team leader. During her time at ETSU, Sarah served as a long-time team captain and regularly finished as one of the team’s top athletes at the Women’s Collegiate Triathlon National Championships.
In 2023, Sarah earned her elite triathlon license. Since then, she has raced in multiple Americas Triathlon Cup events, gaining valuable experience against elite fields from around the world. Her results reflect a developing athlete on the rise, with steady progress in highly competitive draft-legal racing formats.
Known particularly for her strength on the bike, Sarah has consistently delivered some of the fastest splits in her collegiate and elite competitions. Combined with her strong swim background and growing run performance, she continues to evolve into a complete triathlete.
Beyond her results, Sarah brings leadership, experience, and a passion for the sport. Her journey—from youth athlete to NCAA competitor to elite racer—makes her a relatable and inspiring role model for young athletes looking to explore triathlon and push their limits.
Sarah’s commitment to growth, performance, and the sport of triathlon reflects the same values at the core of our camp: dedication, development, and a love for being active.
